One Fish, Many Flavors: Discover Shanwei’s Fresh Cobia

City Life | In the waters off Jiangmu Island along the South China Sea coast, 40 gravity-type deepwater cages designed to withstand strong winds and waves are arranged in neat rows. In the morning light, schools of cobia, known as the “black gold of the sea,”dart and leap through the cages, sending shimmering ripples across the water.
