The Qingdao Area of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Qingdao FTZ) recently entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Inspur Group, a Chinese information technology leader. According to the agreement, the two parties will focus on conducting in-depth cooperation on such frontier fields as cross-border flows of data, processing of data provided by foreign clients, exports of computing power, and large model services venturing abroad.
According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties will set up the first cross-border Token factory in Northern China, which is to be provided with full-stack computing infrastructure, large model capabilities, and safety and compliance capabilities, establish a Token service platform based on a credible data space, create an unimpeded and full business loop from computing power transfer, token charging, cross-border settlement to multi-party ecosystem profit sharing to provide all kinds of cross-border AI service providers with standardized, inexpensive and highly compliant computing token services. Furthermore, the master international Token platform for intelligent computing cloud of Inspur Hong Kong will be utilized to help the Qingdao FTZ to better tap overseas Token markets. (Gao Xiaoyan)
