The Shandong Provincial Shipbuilding Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance was recently established and held its first council meeting. Initiated by the CSSC Maritime Equipment Research Co., Ltd. and co-launched by 62 organizations including Ocean University of China and Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., the alliance is Qingdao’s second provincial innovation and entrepreneurship alliance in the maritime field following the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Transfer and Transformation Center. The alliance is designed to pool outstanding innovation factors in a well planned and organized manner to work out solutions to technical problems that cannot be addressed with a single factor.
