???????A promotion event for outstanding Chinese animation works was held on Wednesday at the 2024 Annecy International Animated Film Festival in France.

The promotion conference, hosted by the China Animation Association and undertaken by CCTV Animation Group, was one of the festival's most anticipated events.
More than 10 Chinese animation works from 11 institutions, including "The Story of Dunhuang" "Boonie Bears: Time Twist" and "The Story of Su Dongpo and Hangzhou" were displayed at the promotion event during the festival's trading market.
CCTV Animation Group and several other institutions jointly participated in the festival under the "China Joint Pavilion" banner, vividly showcasing the unique charm of Chinese animation.
"Over the past ten years, Chinese animation has been constantly improving. Both quality and storytelling have undergone significant changes. This year, we saw many professional Chinese animators, and China returned to the festival with a sizeable joint pavilion. We are very happy to see Chinese animation companies returning to the Animation Film Festival, as we know they will constantly improve and come every year to Annecy," said Mickael Marin, director of the Annecy International Animated Film Festival.
The Annecy International Animated Film Festival is one of the world's largest and most prestigious. This year's festival runs from June 9 to 15 and attracts more than 11,000 professionals from nearly 90 countries and regions around the world.
