China Media Group (CMG) launched a converged media campaign on Sunday to shine a spotlight on Chinese cultural brands.
The campaign, designed to boost the appeal and consumption of the country's products and services, features a mix of online and offline activities planned for the entire year.
Its launch was celebrated with an opening ceremony divided into three thematic segments: "Chinese Brands Leading New Fashion," "Chinese Brands Celebrating Chinese New Year," and "Chinese Brands Embarking on New Journey."
From time-honored crafts to the latest trends catching fire on social media, each segment taps into a booming cultural tourism sector to present a forward-looking map of Chinese brands landscape in 2024.
CMG is also set to roll out a year-long series of promotional activities in collaboration with local authorities, Chinese brands, and e-commerce platforms, aiming to ignite consumer interest and foster a more vibrant marketplace.
As the year draws to a close, the "Chinese Brands Ceremony" will cap off the campaign, celebrating the country's achievements in cultural inheritance, innovation, and the high-quality economy.
