On August 21, district governor Zhong Xiutang headed a delegation to make an inspection tour of trade-oriented and potential enterprises included in “four classes of enterprises above designated size (hereinafter called four-classes enterprises). She noted that it is necessary to prioritize unswervingly high-quality development, make vigorous efforts to advance the high-quality development campaign across counties, towns and villages, and strive to support, cultivate and introduce four-classes enterprises, so as to enhance the internal forces for economic development and promote high-quality economic growth across the district.

The delegation headed by Zhong Xiutang visited in succession Meizhou Taili Trade Co., Ltd., Meizhou Guangyi Trade Co., Ltd.etc. They engaged in deep conversations with responsible persons, made themselves acquainted minutely with the status quo of industrial development, and productions and operations, encouraged enterprises to seize development opportunities, focus on their principal business areas to foster core competitiveness, and enhance their development to a new level by continuing to enlarge the scale and improve brand recognition.

Zhong Xiutang emphasized that the efforts to cultivate four-classes enterprises and boost county-level economies will underpin social and economic advances in a continuous and sound manner. All involved departments should stick to industry revitalization, uphold “output mentality” and “development mentality”, prioritize development, and spare no effort to support, cultivate and introduce four-classes enterprises to gather more and more momentum for district-wide high-quality development.
