The 2026 China Culture and Tourism Industries Expo concluded Sunday in north China's Tianjin Municipality with project contracts worth more than 11.5 billion yuan (about 1.7 billion U.S. dollars) signed during the four-day event.

The expo, held under the theme "Deepening Culture and Tourism Integration, Creating a Better Smart Life," attracted 2,540 culture and tourism enterprises from over 20 countries and regions, drawing 255,000 visitors to the venue.

The event featured 10 themed exhibition zones covering culture-tourism integration, emerging digital businesses, tourism equipment, and other areas.

During the expo, online and offline transactions reached 362 million yuan, with more than 300 cooperation intentions worth over 800 million yuan secured on-site.
