From March 18 till 20, the 2026 China Cross-border E-commerce Trade Fair and Minjiang River Digital Trade Corridor Innovation Development Conference was held at the Fuzhou Straits International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The event witnessed the release of the China Blue Paper on Exports via Cross-border E-commerce Themed on Harmonious Co-existence and Integrated Development as well as the signing of projects. Being the largest in scale in its history, this year’s trade fair boasted an exhibition area of 100,000 square meters, attracted the participation of more than 60 global mainstream cross-border e-commerce platforms and over 3,000 supply chain and service-oriented enterprises, and garnered support from 78 industry associations from across the globe.
With a focus on “developing cross-border e-commerce under blessings from Matsu”, the event incorporated for the first time the Matsu culture into modern economic and trade ties. In the event, the “Matsu praying wall” became the most popular site, where a continuous stream of visitors from home and abroad stopped to write down their blessings, and take group photos that were afterwards posted onto social media.
