The Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport received two awards in the recently-held 2023CAPSE Annual Summit, namely the Best Airport of 2022 and the Most Satisfactory Airport of 2022 in the Opinion of Cargo Owners and Forwarders.

CAPSE is an authoritative institution to evaluate civil aviation passenger service in China. CAPSE Aviation Services Awards, being authoritative and impartial, are selected based on objective evaluation by passengers of airlines and airports as well as data modeling and analysis by data research teams from multiple dimensions. In 2022, CAPSE collected a total of 525,000 valid questionnaires among passengers, the data of which covered a combined 190 airlines, 672 airports and 126,028 flights. The latest achievement signals that the efforts of Qingdao Airport to achieve unimpeded flows of both passengers and goods have been approved by the professional civil aviation passenger services evaluation institution.  (Yang Jingyi)
