Revitalized parks add flavor to lives of Qingdao residents 2023/5/23 source: Print

Taiping Mountain Park and Fushan Forest Park have been renovated and are now open to the public. These parks offer peaceful and serene environments for locals to relax, stay active, and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Taiping Mountain Central Park spans over 3.3 hectares of land and includes seven beautiful areas, such as Zhongshan Park and Qingdao Botanical Garden. The park offers 18 distinctive sections, including waterfront views and playgrounds for parents and children. It’s a unique coastal forest urban oasis that combines leisure, sightseeing, history, and botany.

The expansive Fushan Forest Park spans an impressive 7 square kilometers, measuring 5 kilometers in length and 2 kilometers in width. Situated in the urban center of Qingdao, it extends across districts of Shinan, Shibei, and Laoshan and is renowned as the largest mountain park in the region.
