Thanks to clear skies after recent rains, Qingdao welcomed a steady stream of visitors to Tangdao Bay Park. Locals and tourists seized the opportunity to enjoy the bright sunshine, fresh air, and spectacular coastal scenery.

Many set up tents for camping, while others beachcombed for clams and crabs in the tidal flats. Groups of friends stopped on the boardwalk to photograph the sparkling sea and the lush greenery revived by the rain. Children ran barefoot on the wet sand, and families picnicked on the grassy slopes, laughing and chatting.

It was a perfect spring day outside, as the city's coastal recreational spaces filled with the joy of a well-earned sunny break after the May Day holiday.
