The 2025 Sino-European Entrepreneurs Summit Qingdao Forum opened on November 20. Chinese and European entrepreneurs met each other for the 7th consecutive time in Qingdao. Amid a complicated and volatile international landscape, Chinese and foreign guests from more than a dozen of major economies attended the event. This further showed that pursuing deeper dialogue and cooperation was still the shared consensus among the global business circle, and international institutions, capital and entrepreneurs remained confident in the Chinese economy’s long-term prospects.

     In the event held in Qingdao, Chinese and European entrepreneurs expressed mutual intention of cooperation. “The ocean facilitates ties across the world. With the support of Qingdao Municipality, we readily improve the mechanism for cooperation with Chinese and European partners so as to give better play to our experience and strength in offshore wind power, and to facilitate in-depth integration between the industrial chain, the innovation chain, the capital chain and the chain of talented persons.” noted by Wang Xinwei, deputy general manager of China Three Gorges Corporation. Representatives from Cisco, Benz and Siemens among others took the podium in succession to elaborate on gains from cooperation and expand cooperation opportunities.

“Let’s work together to fulfill the vision of blue development, and write a new chapter in mutually beneficial cooperation. The exchange of thoughts and wisdom will surely inject new impetus into China-Europe economic and trade cooperation, and help broaden the path to high-quality development.” said Long Yongtu, co-chairman of Sino-International Entrepreneurs Federation.
