The "China's Best Employer of the Year" project was jointly launched by Zhaopin Recruitment and the Social Research Center of Peking University in 2005. In recent years, the enthusiasm of enterprises in Fuzhou to participate in the Best Employer activity has increased year by year. This year, the number of applications has reached a new record high. In Fuzhou, there are 1996 enterprises applying, an increase of more than 400 over last year.

The reporter learned from the forum that Fuzhou was selected as the best talent attracting city in 2022. Ten enterprises in Fuzhou, including Fujian Guangshengtang Pharmaceutical, Hengshen Group, Fuyao Group, China Telecom (Fuzhou), Yongrong Holdings, Scud, China Power Fufu, Yum (Fuzhou), Yuanxiang Airport, and Fujian Electronic Information Group, were selected as the "Best Employer" in 2022.
