This year, Fuzhou plans to hold eight Fujian food promotion conferences at home and abroad, and invite relevant food associations and fellow villagers' media to appreciate Fujian cuisine. "We plan to promote Fujian cuisine in Shanghai, Chengdu, Yangzhou, Guangzhou, the United States, Singapore, Japan and other places. We hope to carry forward Fujian cuisine culture, build Fujian cuisine brands, improve Fujian cuisine taste, expand Fujian cuisine popularity and reputation, promote Fujian cuisine cultural exchanges, and constantly promote Fujian cuisine 'going out'," said Huang Lvbing, president of Fuzhou Food and Beverage Industry Association.

It is reported that the Fujian Cuisine Culture Museum of China is prepared and built by Fuzhou Juchun Garden Group. At present, the site selection of the project has been completed, and the interior decoration is planned to be completed and opened in the second half of this year. The China Fujian Cuisine Culture Museum is the first professional museum in Fujian with the theme of Fujian cuisine.
