[Fuzhou Evening News]Since its establishment more than two years ago, the "Rongbohui" think tank has continued to grow and develop, and a new type of government think tank has begun to take shape, providing intellectual support for the high-quality development of Fuzhou.

On November 11, 2019, the "Rongbohui" think tank was established. As a research platform to provide decision-making consultation and countermeasure suggestions, the think tank has established 9 professional committees including digital economy, industrial planning, finance, urban construction, culture and tourism, social governance, education and sanitation, emergency management, and rural revitalization. A total of 285 talents from various industries in Fuzhou have been hired.

According to reports, the 9 professional committees will closely combine the professional advantages of introduced talents with the concept of 'focusing on the construction of six cities, launching five international brands, and implementing nine specific actions', innovate the mode of talents training and using, so that they can make the best use of their talents and show their talents. The think tank also employs senior personnel from the party and government organizations, enterprises and public institutions, R&D institutions and other industries to serve as advisory committees and realizes the whole process of guiding the project from the beginning to the end.

After more than two years of development, the "Rongbohui" think tank has shown its influence in the decision-making process of the government. In addition to providing reference for government decision-making, the think tank also provides intellectual support for Fuzhou's economic transformation and development. Under the active planning and promotion of the Industrial Planning Committee, the hydrogen energy industry has been included in the "three key tasks" of Fuzhou to accelerate industrial development. Building a national-level hydrogen energy industry demonstration base has become one of the 16 key projects. The members of the committee took the lead in formulating relevant industrial policies, connected with hydrogen energy industry projects such as Snowman, Reshaping Technology, and State Power Investment Corporation, and helped Fuzhou successfully enter the country's first batch of fuel cell vehicle demonstration and application city clusters.
