The seventh batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage representative projects list announced

21 Fuzhou intangible cultural heritage including the custom of the Ao Jiu Festival was selected

 

[Fuzhou Evening News]On the 9th, the Fujian Provincial Government announced the seventh batch of representative projects of Fujian provincial-level intangible cultural heritage, and Fuzhou has 21 intangible cultural heritage selected.

According to the relevant provisions of the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Regulations of Fujian Province", after expert review, being introduced to the public and other processes, the seventh batch of Fujian provincial-level intangible cultural heritage representative projects of 188 items was officially announced. Among them, 157 items were newly added to the list, and 31 items were expanded to the list of representative projects of provincial intangible cultural heritage from the first to sixth batches.

21 Fuzhou intangible cultural heritage items, including Fuzhou ornamental goldfish breeding skills, Fuzhou Ao Jiu Festival customs, etc., were selected into the seventh batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage representative projects, covering traditional drama, traditional sports, entertainment and acrobatics, traditional art, traditional skills, traditional medicine, folklore, etc.

Up to now, Fuzhou has 94 representative intangible cultural heritage projects at the provincial level and above in Fujian (including 16 at the national level). In the next stage, Fuzhou will continue to consolidate the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, further improve the intangible cultural heritage protection system, and further enhance the soft power of Fuzhou's urban culture.
