"During the Spring Festival, I deliberately bought five packs of meat wontons and sent them to my friends from other places. Because they saw short videos of Fuzhou food on the Internet, they specifically asked me to buy and send them some." Zheng Yan, a resident of Gulou District, said on the 7th.

During the Spring Festival, the Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, together with Fuzhou Daily, Fuzhou TV, and Douyin, made full use of the publicity effect of celebrities and internet celebrities to promote Fujian cuisine culture and continue to enhance its influence.

With the rise of the "Chinese Fad", traditional culture has once again become the focus of attention.

During the Spring Festival, the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, Shangxiahang, and other pedestrian streets held various consumer promotion activities.

For example, there were activities such as the theme exhibition of Fuzhou culture held in the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, “Blessed tigers welcome the spring - series of Fujian intangible cultural heritage activities welcome the new year”, “the zodiac culture exhibition of the year of the tiger”, the "Neighborhood Festival" and the local art exhibition of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, “Fujian's people's New Year Street” etc. Shangxiahang Pedestrian Street launched "Fucuo Food Festival", “Intangible Cultural Heritage Research - Fuzhou bodiless lacquerware decoration skills”, “Flower Blossoming - New Year Dingxi Paper-cut Art Exhibition”, “Fuzhou Relics Plan – the Year of Tiger Welcomes New Year”, “Fucuo New Year - Creative Punch Card” and other various activities on different themes. These activities attracted a large number of people to view and shop.
