It is planned to open 1,000 stores across China within 3 years

[Fuzhou Evening News] On the morning of the 1st, the first authorized store of Fuzhou Fish Ball Association—Qiuguanlang Fish Ball (Shangxiahang Branch) was officially unveiled. It is reported that the association plans to open 1,000 "Fuzhou Fish Ball" restaurants throughout China within three years, and to promote the brand of "China Fish Ball Capital" and the brand of "Maritime Fuzhou".  

The reporter saw at the scene that the Qiuguanlang Fish Ball (Shangxiahang Branch) restaurant had a sign with for big characters "Fuzhou Fish Ball". Below the signboard is the restaurant number "FZYW0001". In the middle of the store, a sign that reads "Fuzhou Fishball Association Authorized Restaurant " hangs in the center hall. It is distinctive and full of fishball elements. On the same day, the second authorized restaurant of Qiuguanlang Fish Ball (Jiangnan Shuidu Branch) was also unveiled.  

According to Chen Yiqian, Secretary-General of Fuzhou Fish Ball Association and the Head of Qiuguanlang Fish Balls Restaurant, Fuzhou Fish Ball standard restaurants use experience of Shaxian Snacks and Lanzhou Ramen for reference, and have done three promotions: unified restaurant logo, uniform quality of fish ball products, and new sales model to develop both online and offline chain restaurants, to achieve standardization and large-scale, and to make Fuzhou fish balls popular in millions of households.

Teng Yongzhuang, Chairman of Fuzhou Fish Ball Association, introduced, “In the next three years, Fuzhou Fish Ball Association will open 1,000 ‘Fuzhou Fish Ball’ brand restaurants in China.”
