On the morning of December 23, 2022, Qingdao Thunderobot Technology Co., Ltd. secured the listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange, making it the fourth Qingdao-based company listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange and the first listed company of e-sports equipment on the exchange. To date, Qingdao boasts a total of 64 domestically listed companies, and 79 companies listed at home and abroad. Both the figures topped Shandong province.

The highlight of Qingdao’s capital market in 2022 is the improving ecology of company listings. Qingdao-based enterprises have employed the increasingly strong capital market to constantly optimize the fundraising structure in the financial sector. According to the Qingdao Securities Regulation Bureau, in regard to equity financing, by the end of October 2022, Qingdao-based enterprises have raised over RMB7bln by IPO, additional issue, allotment of shares and convertible bonds, financially boosting corporate development.  (Fu Jun)
