From 2012, when it was originally planed to now, Fuzhou Changle International Airport Phase Two Project has finally been transformed from the "design drawing" to the "construction drawing", and the two runways time is now close at hand.
In August this year, the Feasibility Study Report on the Phase Two Project of Fuzhou Changle International Airport was officially approved by the National Development and Reform Commission.
According to the approval, Fuzhou Changle International Airport Phase Two Project has a total investment of 21.4 billion yuan. It is planned to build a 255,000 square meters T2 terminal and the second runway with a length of 3,600 meters and a width of 45 meters on the east side of the existing T1 terminal. The flight area construction level of the project is 4F, and a comprehensive transportation center of 80,000 square meters and a parking structure of 122,000 square meters will be built between the two terminals. The multidimensional transportation including subway, high-speed railway and urban express highway will be connected to the airport.
