LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Latest on the death of a 20-year-old California woman who collapsed after attending the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas (all times local):

Festival organizers are offering condolences to friends and family of a 20-year-old California woman who died this week after collapsing early Monday in a shuttle bus waiting area at the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas.

A statement from Insomniac calls the death of Kenani Kaimuloa of Temecula, California, a tragedy.

It also notes that the cause of her death hasn't been determined.

Kaimuloa's father, Dane Kaumuloa, blames heat stroke and dehydration, but acknowledges that he was told his daughter also took drugs during the three-night festival at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

The Clark County coroner in Las Vegas said Friday that Kenani Kaimuloa died late Wednesday, and that it'll take several weeks to obtain blood test results and rule on her cause of death.

A father from California says drugs contributed to the death of his 20-year-old daughter, who was hospitalized after collapsing in a parking lot at the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas.

The Clark County coroner in Las Vegas said Friday that Kenani Kaimuloa died late Wednesday, and that it'll take several weeks to obtain blood test results and rule on her cause of death.

Her father, Dane Kaimuloa of Temecula, California, blames heat stroke and dehydration, not drugs.

He tells The Associated Press his daughter attended all three nights of the electronic music festival at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and was waiting with friends for a shuttle bus about 6 a.m. Monday when she collapsed.

He says he doesn't want Kenani Kaimuloa to be remembered as a drug-user.

The Clark County coroner in Las Vegas reported Friday that a ruling on the cause of Kenani Kaimuloa's death is pending.

Her father, Dane Kaimuloa of Temecula, California, tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal (http://bit.ly/28S4BzX) his daughter was waiting with friends for a shuttle bus about 6 a.m. Monday when she collapsed.

He said she'd been at the dusk-to-dawn dance music and entertainment festival at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and that doctors at University Medical Center told him she died of heat-related injuries.

Dane Kaimuloa told The Associated Press in a brief message on Friday that he's making arrangements to return her body to California.
