Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Living Space launched with lion dance

#TheGreatBeautyofGuangdong Amid much festivity and fanfare, the Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Living Space, a multifunctional brand store, was launched at Litchi Bay in Guangzhou on August 10. On the occasion, a haunting performance of Choy Li Fut mesmerized the audience, showcasing one of China's national intangible cultural heritages. The store offers hands-on experience activities, such as awakening lion culture and the craft of making Foshan lion heads. It not only promotes and sells intangible cultural heritage products but also incorporates Lingnan intangible cultural heritage elements in its design. Here, visitors can also catch a glimpse into the past by visiting a themed photo wall and display area that showcases various intangible cultural heritages from Guangdong, such as stone dogs from the Leizhou Peninsula, gongfu tea from the Chaoshan area, incense from Dongguan, Cantonese opera, and dragon boats.

8月10日上午，广州荔枝湾一段国家级非物质文化遗产——蔡李佛拳的演绎吸引了众多市民的目光。当日，广东非遗生活空间在岭南商旅集团旗下广之旅荔枝湾门店正式启用。同时，在门店内举行了另一国家级非物质文化遗产——佛山狮头彩扎技艺传承人动手体验醒狮文化及制作工艺活动。作为在西关荔枝湾打造的一家集广东非遗宣传推广、非遗产品销售于一体的多功能品牌门店，广东非遗生活空间整体设计以岭南文化非遗元素为主基调，设有广东非遗主题打卡墙和陈设展示区，有别于传统旅行社门店，雷州石狗、潮汕功夫茶、莞香、粤剧、龙舟等广东非遗元素跃然眼前。
