炎炎夏日，这样酷暑难当的时节，也是薄壳最为肥美的季节。薄壳堪称潮汕地区受众最广的海鲜之一。每年的农历七八月份，薄壳就是当地的网红美食，酒楼佳肴、家常美食、小巷夜宵，都能见到薄壳的身影，吃上去肉质丰厚，口感鲜美。
