Spring Festival Flower Show in Guangzhou Cultural Park

During the Chinese Lunar New Year, Cantonese can't help enjoying the Spring Festival Flower Show. Themed "Jade rabbits smile to welcome the beautiful spring", the Guangzhou Cultural Park Spring Festival Flower Show 2023 kicked off on January 19. The show is scheduled to continue till February 5 (Lantern Festival).

With the largest varieties of flowers in recent years, this year's Spring Festival displays peach blossoms, poinsettias, and lupin flowers but to mention a few, highlighting the characteristics of the flower city Guangzhou.

In addition to the spring flowers, audiophiles can also admire exquisite Lingnan bonsai, many of which are national and international gold medal-winning works.

The Lantern Festival, which attracts the attention of many, will be lit from 18:30 to 21:30 on February 1 to 5. It will be the grand finale of the Spring Festival, and 20 sets of themed lanterns will be incorporated into the scenery of the festival.

新春佳节，赏迎春花会是老广们过节的活动之一。今年，广州文化公园2023年迎春花会以“玉兔笑迎锦绣春”为主题，展出时间为1月19日（年廿八）至2月5日（元宵）。

桃花、一品红、鲁冰花……今年迎春花会展出的花卉种类丰富、数量众多，为近年之最，凸显花城特色、岭南春色。除了新春鲜花，市民还能观赏精致的岭南盆景，其中多件是获得过全国、国际金奖的作品。

众多市民关注的元宵灯会将在2月1日至5日的18时30分至21时30分亮灯，元宵灯会作为迎春花会的压轴重头戏，20组主题花灯融入花会造景。
