Enjoy the spring scenery in ancient Qiaoxiang village

From here emerge a group of overseas Chinese entrepreneurs of modern China including Pan Lizhai, Pan Xiangchu, Pan Junmian, etc. With love for their homeland, they came back to help construct Hakka Houses which gradually evolved into the magnificent Hakka architecture complex we see today in Qiaoxiang Village. Qiaoxiang Village, naturally, has become a natural museum for Hakka ancient folk houses and is reputed to be the very ancient village with the most typical Hakka round houses.

Late spring is the best time for you to visit Qiaoxiang Village where you can savor the peaceful country scenery and special customs. You are free to stroll through the village where there are winding rivers, lush trees and grass, and fine rain. Entering the houses, you can make dumplings for the Qingming Festival with hospitable Hakka people.
