Guangdong Lychee Season Kicks Off with a Buzz

City Life | As part of the "Guangdong Goods, Global Reach" initiative, a provincial lychee carnival officially opened in Guangzhou on May 20. From Lingnan to the world, Guangdong’s lychees are becoming a new ambassador of local flavors. At the event, brands introduced a variety of creative lychee-inspired products. A new-generation farmer-creator brand from Zengcheng, Guangzhou, brought lychee coffee; Wuyang presented lychee ice cream; Yuexiu Fengxing launched lychee yogurt; and Guangzhou Restaurant released lychee cakes. These products quickly became crowd favorites, helping bring Guangdong’s signature fruit from local orchards to dining tables across China and beyond. #citylife

5月20日，“广货行天下”2026广东荔枝嘉年华在广州市火热启幕。一颗小小荔枝，正以“广货”之名，从岭南出发，甜蜜全国，香飘世界。活动现场，广州增城的新农人创客“百利啡行”带来荔枝咖啡，五羊带来荔枝冰淇淋，越秀风行推出荔枝酸奶，广州酒家发布荔枝蛋糕等，这些联名产品首发即引发消费热潮，助推广东荔枝从田间飞入千家万户，从岭南走向全国乃至全球。
