Vibrant Intangible Cultural Heritage Parade Lights Up 2026 Chaozhou Qinglong Temple Fair

Art and Culture | At 8:00 AM on March 12, the annual intangible cultural heritage parade of the 2026 Chaozhou Qinglong Temple Fair kicked off, drawing great public excitement. In celebration of the Year of the Horse in the Chinese lunar calendar, this year's parade featured the theme "Spirit of the Dragon and Horse." Setting off from Qinglong Ancient Temple, the procession passed through historic landmarks including Pailou Street, Zhenhai Tower and Kaiyuan Road.

Stretching over 2 kilometers and traveling along a route of more than 6 kilometers, the parade offered residents and visitors a vibrant showcase of folk culture. #artandculture

3月12日上午8时，伴随着三声炮响，一年一度的潮州青龙庙会非遗巡游活动在万众期待中拉开帷幕。今年恰逢丙午马年，巡游队伍以“龙马精神”为主题，从青龙古庙出发，途经牌坊街、镇海楼、开元路等古城地标，队伍长度超2公里，巡游路线超6公里，为市民游客献上一场流动的民俗文化大盛宴。
