A Retrospective of Tao Bowu’s Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting byA Preeminent Master Tao Bowu Debuts at Shenzhen Art Museum

Art and Culture| Recently, the Ode to Resilience– A Retrospective of Tao Bowu’s Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting opened at Shenzhen Art Museum. As part of the museum’s Exhibition Series: Masters of Modern Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, this exhibition showcases nearly 180 pieces of Tao Bowu’s finest poetry, calligraphy, paintings and related documents. It stands as the largest and most comprehensive exhibition of Tao Bowu’s works to date. Notably, this is the first large-scale exhibition to simultaneously present Tao’s “Three Perfections” – poetry, calligraphy and painting. It not only offers a systematic review of Tao Bowu’s artistic achievements, but also conducts a contemporary re-evaluation of his cultural personality and artistic spirit. #artandculture

近日，“苍顽奇骨——陶博吾诗书画艺术展”在深圳美术馆开展。作为深圳美术馆“中国近现代书画大家展览系列”之一，本次展览呈现了陶博吾诗、书、画艺术精品及相关文献近180件，是陶博吾迄今为止最大型、最全面的艺术展览。本次展览是首次同时呈现陶博吾诗文、书法、绘画“三绝”的大型展览，不仅是对陶博吾艺术成就的系统梳理，亦是对其文化人格与艺术精神的当代重估。
