A Technical Breakthrough: Fifth Orca Calf Born in Zhuhai Turns Two

City Life｜On December 1, the Chimelong Spaceship in Hengqin hosted a warm birthday meet-and-greet for the orca "Wulong" to celebrate its second birthday. The event attracted numerous families with children from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Since April 2019, the Chimelong Spaceship  has successfully bred five baby orcas and established a complete science education and research system focused on orcas. By integrating new technologies such as digital, intelligent, and automated systems, as well as new energy solutions, the park has created a living environment for orcas that closely resembles their natural open-sea habitat, thereby establishing a sustainable orca population.#citylife

12月1日，横琴长隆飞船乐园为虎鲸“五隆”举办温馨的生日见面会，庆祝其两周岁生日。活动吸引了众多来自粤港澳大湾区的亲子家庭参与。自2019年4月以来，长隆飞船乐园已累计成功繁育5头虎鲸宝宝，并构建了一套完整的虎鲸科普研学体系。通过融合数字化、智能化、自动化及新能源等新技术，打造接近远海自然状态的虎鲸生活环境，建立了可持续的虎鲸种群。
