AI "Shop Assistants" Are Now on Duty — the World's First AI Robot-Operated Retail Service Store Opened in Zhongshan

On November 15, the world's first AI robot-operated retail service store, ROBOT MART, officially opened at Zhongshan Joy Land Park. Inside the compact shop, the robot “staff” interacts with customers and independently performs a series of complex tasks, including greeting visitors, taking orders, scooping popcorn, picking up beverages, and handing products to customers.

11月15日，全球首个由绳驱AI机器人自主运营的零售服务店——“机器人MART”在中山时光奇遇游乐园正式落地。在占地数平方米的店内，机器人“店员”忙着和顾客互动，并独立完成语音接待、下单支付、精准铲放爆米花、抓取饮料、商品递送等一系列复杂操作。
