Discover a Century of Greater Bay Area Heritage at the Guangdong Museum

Art and Culture | Not long ago, China’s 15th National Games, jointly hosted by Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, was grandly opened. To celebrate this historic event, on the morning of November 11, the Guangdong Museum, a major cultural landmark in the Greater Bay Area, launched an original special exhibition titled “The Love and Memory of the Greater Bay Area — Historical and Cultural Relics of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Since the 19th Century.” The exhibition will run until March 8, 2026. Featuring over 350 artifacts that reflect a century of historical and socio-cultural changes across Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, the exhibition highlights the shared roots and intertwined heritage of the three regions, offering visitors an immersive narrative of the Greater Bay Area’s story and evoking deep emotional resonance among its people. #artandculture

不久前，由粤港澳携手举办的中华人民共和国第十五届运动会隆重开幕。为庆祝“十五运会”，共同见证这一重要历史时刻，11月11日上午，广东省博物馆作为大湾区的重要文化地标，推出原创专题展“百年湾区情——粤港澳大湾区近现代文物展”。展期持续至2026年3月8日。据本次展览通过350多件反映百年来粤港澳历史及社会文化变迁的展品，展示粤港澳同根同源的历史记忆，以第一视角讲述大湾区故事，唤起大湾区人民的情感共鸣。
