Guangdong-produced Film "The Sun Rises on Us All" Makes Historic Debut in Venice, Xin Zhilei Wins Best Actress

Chinese actress Xin Zhilei won Best Actress for her outstanding performance in the Guangdong-produced film “The Sun Rises on Us All”. The film was not only registered and approved in Guangdong, but also entirely shot across the province, including Guangzhou, Dongguan, and Shaoguan. This achievement marks a new milestone for Guangdong’s film industry—the first time a locally produced work has been selected for the main competition at one of the world’s three major international film festivals. #artandculture
