2025 3rd Shunde Yusheng Festival Kicks Off
On July 30, the 2025 3rdShunde Yusheng Festival kicked off at Longyuewan Restaurant in Ronggui. Over the past year, the Shunde Cuisine Development Promotion Association has trained nearly 200 certified yusheng (raw fish salad)chefs, driving standardized operations across 46 enterprises. Live showcases featured town-specific innovations, like Chencun's yusheng integrated with floral artistry, and Leliu's signature version accented with red fermented bean curd crisps.
7月30日,2025第三届顺德鱼生节启动仪式在容桂街道龙悦湾酒家举行。顺德菜发展促进会过去一年培训了近200名专业鱼生制作师,推动46家企业实现标准化运营。现场,各镇街展示了特色鱼生作品,比如陈村鱼生结合花艺设计,勒流鱼生加入了南乳薄脆。
