Lingnan: Beauty Beyond Borders | At 20:00 on 28th April, the #Guangzhou Bai'etan Greater Bay Area Art Center was officially opened, and it will be open to the public free of charge from 1st May. By the #Pearl River, beside Goose Pond, the #Lingnan culture is presented, and a mighty ship of culture is setting sail far. The art centre is designed by #Chinese architect He Jingtang and his team, connecting the Guangdong Museum of Art, the Guangdong Intangible #Cultural Heritage Museum, and the #Guangdong Literature Museum through a promenade, as a cultural ship docked at the Pearl River. It has the deep cultural heritage of the Maritime Silk Road and its trade and commerce genes and also outlines a future-oriented cultural landscape #skyline, creating a new #landmark for the millennium business capital and stimulating the urban vitality. It is a high degree of integration of Lingnan region and culture, reflecting the new vitality of the old city and symbolising the momentum of the Lingnan culture which is progressing and getting better and better. #SplendidLingnan

4月28日20:00，广州白鹅潭大湾区艺术中心开馆活动正式开启，并于5月1日起免费向公众开放。珠江之畔，鹅潭之滨，一艘洁白温润的文化巨轮扬帆远航。

该艺术中心由中国工程院院士何镜堂团队领衔设计，建筑设计取“鹅潭写意，云山艺境”之韵味，通过“时光拱廊”将广东美术馆、广东省非物质文化遗产馆、广东文学馆三个场馆连为一体，犹如停靠珠江边的文化巨轮。它既有深厚的海丝文化底蕴和商贸基因，也勾勒出面向未来的文化景观天际线，营造千年商都新地标，激发滨江都市活力。将岭南地域、文化与时代高度融合，体现出老城市新活力，象征着岭南文化乘风破浪，扬帆远航。
