Belarusian diplomat hopeful that Guangdong-Belarus will receive more projects

On November 9, the 15th World Culture Festival kicked off at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. International students from 20 countries and regions set up food stalls to attract teachers and students from inside and outside the university to taste exotic delicacies and learn about diverse cultures. For Andrei Popov, Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in Guangzhou, it was a lively event where everyone was enthusiastic to be back to cultural exchanges. Looking ahead, he said, "We hope that over time, Guangdong and Belarus will receive more interesting programs." #artandculture
