9月15日，中国大酒店与广州博物馆合作研发的“消失的名菜”在中国大酒店四季中国餐厅上新，“消失的名菜”旨在从文物中还原出失传的广府名菜，再现昔日粤菜味道。菜式的呈现充满国风，撩拨着食客老饕的味蕾，表达着百年来广州独有的“人间烟火气”，向世人展示博大精深的粤菜精髓。
