NewYearinLingnan On January 25, with the sound of drumming and whistles in Wenguang Tower Square, Chaoyang District of Shantou City, the members of the women's YinggeDanceTeam of Wenguang Street dressed as Mu Guiying, Hua Mulan, and other female characters.

The Yingge Dance Team jumped with a cheerful pace and constantly changed formations. They beat hammers in an intense rhythm, and the soft and strong artistic temperament in the Women's YinggeDancewas shown incisively and vividly.

Different from the men's thick and colorful facial makeup, and rich and diverse clothes, the women's YinggeDanceTeam team only drew the "fire" logo on the forehead, dressed in red and green knife horse clothes. The female players' inspiring state drew cheers from the crowd.

It is reported that Chaoyang was named the "Hometown of ChineseFolkArt" by the Ministry of Culture in 1996. In 2006, Chaoyang YinggeDanceTeam was included in the national intangible cultural heritage list. Among them, the women's YinggeDanceTeam of Wenguang Street, founded in 1952, has a unique style.

1月25日，汕头市潮阳区文光塔广场，伴随着阵阵击鼓声和口哨声，妆扮为穆桂英、花木兰等巾帼人物的汕头市潮阳区文光街道西门女子英歌队队员们，踏着欢快轻盈的步伐，跃动身姿不断变化阵型，穿梭击槌，节奏紧密，将女子英歌柔中带刚的艺术气质演绎得淋漓尽致。

不同于男子英歌队浓墨重彩的脸谱、丰富多样的服饰，女子英歌队女队员们妆容清新，只在额头画上“火”的标志，统一红绿两色刀马旦装束。芳华正茂的女队员们个个气宇轩昂，引来阵阵欢呼喝彩。

据悉，1996年，潮阳被国家文化部命名为“中国民间艺术之乡（英歌艺术）”。2006年，潮阳英歌队被列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录，其中,创建于1952年的汕头市潮阳区文光街道西门女子英歌队，更是别具风格。
