Yingge Dance, a folk dance with regional characteristics, is widely spread in Chaoshan. It's based on the story of "Water Margin" in which the heroes of Liangshan make up and busk to save Lu Junyi. It is regarded as a symbol of rewarding right and suppressing evil and also good luck and peace, which is deeply loved and respected by people in Chaoshan.
