Museum showcases stunning royal treasures from ancient dynasty 2023/9/22 source: International Daily Print

An exhibition of royal treasures from the reign of the Emperor Wanli, who ruled China in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), opened at the Minhang Museum of Shanghai on Friday, giving visitors a chance to glimpse the exquisite cultural relics from the emperor' 48-year reign.

At the exhibition, a total of 116 items are showcasing China's cultural and artistic development during the reign of Emperor Wanli between 1572 and 1620, and the exhibition is staged in such a way that visitors can get an insight into the palace etiquette, daily life, overseas trade and cultural exchanges during this important period in Chinese history.
