A cluster of old industrial facilities has become a new landmark for tourists in Chengdu City, the capital of southwest China's Sichuan Province, integrating industrial heritage with modern consumption scenarios.

The facilities are located on the site of the former Hongguang Electron Tube Factory, established in 1958, which has been transformed into the "Eastern Suburb Memory" international fashion industrial park following minor renovations.
Every morning, many tourists pose for photos in front of the wall marked "Chengdu" at the popular park, which features old industrial pipes, red-brick factory buildings, and giant chimneys.
At present, the park has gathered more than 10 industrial formats, including digital music, fashion design, and China Chic retail.
"I think the park is very characteristic. It has many original features of the factory as well as young elements. Many young people like to eat here. There is delicious food and fashion brands, so it's suitable for young people to visit. It is full of Chengdu styles," said a tourist.
The park also includes a tea house, converted from an old factory building, where customers can enjoy covered-bowl tea that reflects Chengdu's unique lifestyle while immersing themselves in an industrial atmosphere evoked by the old building's structure.
"A covered bowl of tea costs around nine yuan, offering tourists an in-depth experience here," said Pu Tianli, a guide at the industrial park.
Not far from the teahouse is an art gallery, transformed from a high-ceilinged factory workshop, symbolizing digital cultural innovation in the park.
The professional exhibition hall, where an immersive digital art exhibition is currently on display, allows visitors to interact with the light-and-shadow works in real time.
