Up to 20 maritime silk road cross-border industry parks built worldwide by the end of 2023

[Fuzhou Evening News] From the launching of the first maritime silk road cross-border industry park in the eve of the 2021 China Cross-border E-commerce Trade Fair to the decision on November 2, 2023 to build the 17th one in Peru, the past two years, though short, have seen many such parks spring up all over the world, thanks to the Belt and Road Initiative, to help small and medium-sized enterprises in Fujian go out, assist overseas Chinese in purchasing and facilitate cross-border e-commerce.

Headquartered in Fuzhou and with its parks located abroad, the Maritime Silk Road Cross-Border Industry Park program aims to facilitate going out by providing comprehensive cross-border services, and to boost bringing in through barter trade or dual circulation, and has optimized the landscape for overseas investment.
