YANTAI -- Primary and middle school students in Yantai have gained more knowledge about intangible cultural heritage during summer vacation by joining group study tours that provide immersive experiences of crafting related items on their own.

Students visited historical exhibitions and watched intangible cultural heritage performances in the Chinese Historical and Cultural Park.
They experienced interactive activities such as making dough figurines and building bridges with wooden sticks to learn special structures of an arch bridge.
