The China Pavilion at the upcoming World Expo 2025 in Japan is expected to impress visitors from across the world by combining traditional Chinese culture with advanced technology.

The World Expo 2025 will be held in Osaka from April 13 to Oct 13, with participation from 158 countries and regions, as well as seven international organizations.
The Expo, with the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives", aims to envision and showcase the future society through various approaches, including multimedia technology, interactive displays, and robotics.
"The exhibition aims to provide an opportunity for people to continue reflecting on environmental issues, such as forests and nature, in the future," said Hiroshi Saijo, curator of the Sumitomo Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka.
On Wednesday, the Expo organizers hosted a media event to introduce the organization and preparations for the upcoming event.
The China Pavilion, one of the largest self-built pavilions on site, is already garnering early praise for its creative integration of cultural heritage with high-tech experiences.
"I just saw the China Pavilion for the first time. It's so beautiful! I also tried VR for the first time, and I’m really happy about it," said a visitor from South Korea.
"The exterior of the China Pavilion looks stunning, and inside, there are many exhibits that bring history to life. The VR section is impressive and provides an enjoyable experience for visitors," said a Japanese visitor.
