Organizers have meticulously prepared thoughtful service packages for attendees at the grand commemorations to mark the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War on September 3.
These packages, now fully assembled and ready for distribution, await transport from a storage warehouse to the event venue in Beijing, ensuring attendees' comfort during the ceremony.
The service packages are designed with both utility and commemorative themes in mind. Each bag features three cleverly integrated pockets that form the number "80," symbolizing the 80th anniversary of the victory.
The top pocket holds essentials like medicated oil and tissues, a lower pocket stores a bag strap and a side mesh pocket accommodates a water bottle, addressing the basic needs of attendees at the outdoor event.
Available in three colors, red, gold, and green, the packages correspond to the colors of the seats in the Tian'anmen Square, allowing attendees to receive a bag matching their designated viewing area.
The bags also bear the official commemorative event logo, combining functionality with a sense of occasion.
Each service package contains 12 carefully selected items to meet attendees' needs during the event, including bottled water and electrolyte drinks to keep attendees hydrated and energized, sun hats and rain ponchos to handle varying weather conditions and national flags and commemorative event flags to enhance the sense of solemnity and pride.
"Each item within the gift bag is meticulously packed and designed to fit perfectly inside, ensuring overall aesthetics and neatness. After all packaging steps are completed, we weigh each individual bag, with each weighing approximately 1.47 to 1.52 kilograms," said Ren Siyu, a staff member with the grandstand service command center.
The assembly of the service packages is complete, and they are set to be transported to the viewing area on Tuesday.
