Tourist attractions across China are seeing a booming season as the summer vacation begins, with colorful activities and projects rolled out to fascinate the tourists and students.

Dawa Village in Handan City, north China's Hebei Province, is known for its unique stone buildings. The whole village is located in the Taihang Mountain, and the houses, roads and bridges are all built with mountain stones.
In recent years, the village has developed a unique cultural tourism industry around stone elements. It also holds electronic music festivals, traditional folk performances, acrobatic performances and other activities to attract tourists during the summer vacation.

Museums have also become a popular choice during the summer vacation. Not long ago, the new Inner Mongolia Museum opened for trial operation after its overall relocation, highlighting the combination of traditional historical relics with cutting-edge technologies such as AI.
The museum's first-floor lobby is equipped with an AI tour guide, which can respond to visitors' questions in seconds based on the DeepSeek model and a large amount of input knowledge on cultural relics. In each floor of the exhibition hall, there are four tour guide robots to accompany visitors, providing customized explanations based on their real-time locations.
There is also a cultural relics knowledge graph screen in the museum, where the people and historical events related to the cultural relics are woven into a clear and dense network.
Beijing has recently launched its first night river rafting project, enabling tourists to drift downstream on inflatable rafts while savoring illuminated displays, such as 3D water screen projections and molten iron fireworks.
The whole rafting process takes about 25 minutes. At each exciting point along the way, as well as places like sharp bends or steep slopes, there are safety guards and corresponding anti-collision facilities to ensure the safety of tourists.
