From January to April this year, Qingdao introduced a total of 31,000 young talented people including college graduates, up 6% from the year before, including more than 2,000 masters or doctorate graduates.

From the beginning of this year, Qingdao has launched the talent introduction campaign with the theme of “gathering talent in Qingdao”, made investigations of precise hiring needs among key industrial chains and cumulatively posted 84,000 jobs. Given the high time that Qingdao-born students should go back to their hometown for the summer holiday and desperately need internships, Qingdao has successively hosted 19 homing activities, through which students paid visits to key projects, key companies and innovation parks, and more than 3,400 employment intentions have been made.

Meanwhile, Qingdao successively headed for northeastern China, northwestern China, eastern China, central China, Hong Kong and Macao, where special job fairs were held to cater to the key industrial chains. Qingdao has toured frequently of famous universities to introduce talent and intelligence and cumulatively held 111 job fairs that involved the participation of approximately 1,000 enterprises.
