Six government departments of Qingdao, including Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Administrative Services, recently co-released an implementation plan for all-in-one-go services for people coming to Qingdao for a sojourn or for the purpose of health and wellness care. With a focus on three core categories of scenarios for people coming to Qingdao for a sojourn or for the purpose of health and wellness care, including “food, shelter and transportation, tourism, learning and recreations, and medical, health and wellness care”, and in accordance with the three stages, namely, “before traveling to Qingdao, staying in Qingdao, and after leaving Qingdao”, the plan stipulates the first batch of 105 matters in an aim to enhance administrative services and help guarantee favorable living conditions for people coming to Qingdao for a sojourn or for the purpose of health and wellness care.

Characterized by the symphonic co-existence of the sea and mountains and the integration of bays and cityscape, Qingdao is endowed with abundant natural resources such as sea bays, sea islands, hot springs and forests, and is therefore in a favorable position to develop services ranging from health-oriented residence, sojourning and recuperation, hot spring-based wellness care, and sea island-themed wellness care. The first batch of all-in-one-go service matters are intended to meet the needs of the masses, prioritize service improvements and aim to spur industrial development. This effort has sorted out according to categories such basic administrative services as traveling and driving administration, dwelling and housing purchasing, and medical treatment in alloparty, and will produce derivative services, including errand and agency services, health management, and activity enquiry and appointment with the help of value-added services such as policy consultation, legal assistance and financial support.
