Fuzhou offered 1,8000 positions for global talents

Fuzhou Evening News: On January 31st , the 2023 "Talents Gather in Fuzhou" Spring University Graduates Job Fair was held at the Straits International Convention and Exhibition Center. 

This job fair adopted the online and offline modes, and the online job fair would last from January 31st to February 6th. While promoting the employment of local graduates, it sends a sincere invitation to talents from all over China and the world.

The job demand of this job fair is large and the quality is excellent. At present, 1,8000 positions from 450 high-quality enterprises and institutions have been ready. According to the demand for academic qualifications, there are 832 doctoral positions, 1,462 master's positions, 6,474 undergraduate positions and 5,787 junior college positions. The major requirements are mainly computer science, mechanical, marketing, production and operation, among which the annual salary is up to 600,000 yuan. At present, all job information has been released on the Fuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Recruitment Platform, and college graduates can pay close attention to it in advance.

This job fair selected 350 companies to carry out on-site recruitment. The job fair highlighted the thematic, professional and regional characteristics in various areas to facilitate the on-site communications for job seekers.

In addition, this large-scale job fair was broadcasted simultaneously on 10 live broadcast platforms, including CCTV, Fuzhou Radio and Television Station, Bamin Cloud Live, and iQIYI. There are also 10 video interview rooms for the remote interaction and only communication between employers and graduates from other places.

Up to now, Fuzhou has sent job fair information to 128 colleges and universities in China, attracting 600,000 college graduates in 2023. In addition, the information of the job fair was sent to 330,000 college graduates in Fujian in 2023 and 33,000 college graduates in Fuzhou through WeChat.

Fuzhou will continue to build up the brand of "Talents Gather in Fuzhou" to attract talents. This year, it will strive to attract more than 70,000 college graduates to come to Fuzhou for employment and entrepreneurship.

Fuzhou will continue to carry out a series of recruitment activities, such as "Talents Gather in Fuzhou", and organize large-scale talent introduction activities such as the recruitment fair for college graduates and the August 17th talent summit, as well as small special recruitment around key industries such as digital economy, marine economy, green economy, culture and tourism economy.
