CHENGDU -- Five adorable giant panda cubs have been shown sleeping together in a video recently released by the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Chengdu City of southwest China's Sichuan Province.
The delivery room footage, which was shot last August, depicts the furry young cubs sleeping soundly on a blanket, largely motionless aside from the occasional lazy yawn.
A breeder was seen adjusting their positions one by one and arranging the cute cubs in order from smallest to largest.
The footage was captured on the "iPanda" multimedia platform, which provides round-the-clock live broadcasts of the daily life and activities of pandas in the nature reserves of southwest China The Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding is a world-renowned institution for the ex situ conservation of giant pandas, scientific research and breeding, public education, and tourism.
