Qingdao Urban Construction Group and Hilton Group signed a cooperation agreement on Dec 17, marking the official establishment of the first Motto by Hilton Hotel in Shinan district of Qingdao.

Motto is a new lifestyle hotel created by Hilton, located in prime locations worldwide and targeting young and stylish consumers, focusing on the tourism check-in, trendy hotel, and light luxury market segments. It has already opened branches in cities and regions such as Washington D.C., Times Square in New York, Philadelphia, and Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

The hotel in Qingdao will cover an area of approximately 5,000 square meters, featuring over 100 high-quality themed rooms. It is expected to open in the second half of 2025 and will be the first Motto hotel to open in the Asia-Pacific region.

Shinan district will ensure services for hotel preparation, construction, and opening. Through the collaboration of government and enterprises, Motto hotel in Shinan will be developed into a shining new landmark that combines quality, style, and cultural fusion.
